
1) Click File->Add device or ALT+A
2) Choose Citadel in the device type section
3) Configure the IP/Hostname of the Citadel and port (default is 10000)
4) Configure the device description
5) Configure SNMP community and click “Configure” to create same community in the Citadel GUI (the configure button will automatically open the SNMP configuration page in the Citadel)
6) Configure the Citadel’s admin password.
7) Click “Test” to check your configurations and then click “Add Device”

4) Configure a name to the Server device
5) Choose the desired services that you want to monitor in the “Monitor Services” section, you can use the preset TCP ports of to write you own port by choosing the “
6) Click “Add Device”
First you will have to configure the Global Email settings. Click Toolsàsettings in the top menu. Check the ”Email notification” box and configure mail account details in the “Advanced Email setting” – note that the mail you configured here will be only the email alerts sender. Now configure the email alerts for each device by right click on the device and choose the “selected device” option in the Alert option section. Now choose the type of alerts (Warning/Critical) for the selected device and configure Email address – you can add more than one address by “;” separation.
Right click over the device and choose the “Ping” option, the “Command Prompt” will automatically open with ping action to the device.
Right click over the device and choose the “Trace route” option, The “Command Prompt” will automatically open with trace route action to the device
Choose the Report option in the top menu and click over the “Export Open events”, then choose a name for the .csv file and save it to your computer.
Click over “Tools” in the top menu, then choose the “Setting” option. In the “polling intervals” section you can change the interval values.
You can secure your configuration file with the “security string” option, by clicking over “Tools” in the top menu, then choose the “Setting” option. In the “Security Setting” section you can configure the security string.
Right click over a Citadel device, then choose the “Web Access” option.
Select the Citadel device, in the “Detailed view” of the Unity click on the “Interfaces” tab, select or remove the interfaces you want to monitor
