Zapier is a professional third party tool for integration between two SaaS solutions.

GoToAssist is the industry preferred expert level tool for managing remote connections and control of offsite devices.
Screen sharing, mobile device support make it easy to use directly from a Ticket or an Agent view. With GoToAssist you can easily identify, diagnose, and solve issues fast, all from within Atera’s platform.
PowerShell is a task automation and configuration management framework. It consists of a command-line shell and associated scripting language.
Allows Easy Access to Otherwise Hard-to-Get Information;
Depending on the application you’re working with, you may find that some information simply isn’t available through the applications GUI at all, while other information is available but time-consuming to access. PowerShell solves this. And if you’re working with Microsoft Exchange, PowerShell gives you access to everything.
PowerShell also comes in handy with some of the big jobs, such as bulk imports, bulk migrations, or creating a lot of users at once. These things are very time-consuming to accomplish and can seem like daunting tasks. PowerShell can really shine here, as it has commandlets available to manage these jobs quickly and easily. Check Point is an industry-leading firewall device for SMBs. It offers enhanced security and peace of mind for your customers.
