Atera, which boasts the first completely cloud based, all-in-one software solution for MSP’s, has announced an addition to their board of advisers, former Microsoft Executive Stijn Hendrikse.
Hendrikse led the Redmond based Software Giant’s worldwide marketing in the Small and Medium Business segment and was responsible for several aspects of its Office and Office 365 product marketing
Says Hendrikse, “Atera is the first tool that combines the needs of PSA-, RMM- and Business Management Software into one powerful package that is 100% Cloud based. This makes it a great fit for MSP’s that also service Office 365 customers and a disruptive value proposition versus the older technologies that are still used by many.”
Hendrikse was a natural choice for the role. According to the company’s CEO, Gil Pekelman, he is skilled in strategic thinking and execution (evidenced by his senior leadership positions at Microsoft), sophisticated Internet and social marketing, and knowledge of the SMB market (50% of the US GDP and its growth engine).
Atera’s single, comprehensive platform covers every Remote Monitoring Management, Service Desk and Business Management need including powerful, proactive account management, business and profitability analytics, and reports. Their native cloud-based architecture and mobile capability is ahead of the competition and provides users with the flexibility to provide clients with top-notch service anytime, anywhere.
Pekelman says of the appointment, “We have searched long and far and found the ultimate leader for our penetration into the US market.”
