As an HRBP you’ll take a key role in driving unique organizational culture, continuously assessing the organizational needs, devising solutions, and be a trusted adviser to employees and managers. You will lead and implement cross-organizational HR processes and initiatives to best support the team’s development and growth, and on top of everything , you will join a great team and an amazing company!
Key responsibilities:
- Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to all levels of the departments.
- Proactively identify organizational & talents needs; execute talent management strategies and plans and offer HR solutions
- Responsibility for the full employee life cycle - onboarding to offboarding
- Be responsible for talent management, recognition, change management and team building to support the team’s growth and individual development plans
- Implement key strategic HR Processes, policies, procedures and systems
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager from a high-tech/startup company - a must
- Proven experience in working with middle management & senior leadership, and ability to build great, strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong consulting & coaching skills
- A team player with a true drive to create a positive work environment
- Proactive & able to multitask and prioritize independently
- Thrives in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Good judgment and ability to make independent decisions aided by process, documents, and management inputs where required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Experience with scaling teams - an advantage
- Master’s degree in a relevant field - an advantage
