Job description

Atera is a SaaS B2B company in the IT space, located in the heart of Tel Aviv. Our IT systems power our robust remote IT management platform for our global customer base. To ensure best-in-class service and efficiency at all times, we’re looking for a Helpdesk technician to support computers and internal systems on-premises and in the cloud. You will be part of the team that supports network, servers and cloud applications that allow the organization to run.

problems. An outstanding helpdesk technician should be able to ensure smooth,

secure, and consistent technical operations within our organization. Our ideal

candidate will support windows and Mac laptops, follow process and  IT

best practices. We take IT seriously and expect that our helpdesk technician

will keep all internal IT assets, software, and networks secure at all times.


Requirements:  

  • 2 years of IT experience 
  • Windows and Mac troubleshooting
  • Office 365
  • Network troubleshooting
  • High level of English 
  • Able to investigate a problem and provide a solution 
  • Ability to follow procedures and guidelines 
  • Service oriented attitude
