Atera offers a fully automated and easy-to-use platform for IT professionals, designed to predict and solve IT issues before they become a problem for the organization.Since our launch, we’ve grown fast and now have over 7,000 customers across more than 90 countries. Our team implements a B2C approach for B2Bs, specifically small and mid-size companies, aiming to help bring their businesses to the next level. We are looking for a superstar User Acquisition Manager to manage large-scale budgets and build our YouTube and GDN channels (almost entirely from scratch), as a key new growth engine for the company. This campaign manager will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, alongside outstanding creatives and marketing experts, to boost Atera’s digital profile and reach.


What you’ll do

  • Build & manage campaigns on various platforms
  • Helping us scale up our budget on Youtube and other platforms
  • Monitor and optimize all campaigns on a daily basis.
  • On-going analysis of data
  • Creative ad writing
  • Monitoring search engine and PPC industry trends
  • Cross-platform marketing management
  • Communication between the team and management on project developments
  • The position is on a full time basis

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of paid marketing experience
  • Experience managing large scale campaigns on YouTube (required)
  • Managing paid campaigns for B2B companies (advantage)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Independent problem-solving abilities
  • High proficiency in Excel (Macros and pivot tables are a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree (BA) or equivalent experience in a quantitative, data-driven field (marketing, economics, finance, accounting, market research, science, etc.)
  • English mother-tongue or extremely high proficiency (including grammar, spelling, and colloquial expressions)
