This is a full-time and onsite (hybrid-remote) role at our Tel Aviv office.  

Atera seeks a highly motivated, target-oriented individual to join our Sales Team!

As an Account Manager, there's nothing more exciting than upselling and cross-selling a product to your prospects you know they'll enjoy and, more importantly, meet the challenges of their business needs. In this position, you will be a part of a team that directly impacts the company's growth by helping build and shape the new AM Team. You will drive sales, upsells, and cross-sells and meet the team's KPIs by delivering the best sales and value-led experience for Atera's customers. 

Beyond just selling, this is truly an opportunity to be a part of something new. From sales decks to playbooks to relationship building, we're inviting strong and experienced Account Managers to join us on the journey as we build the best IT sales team together!

If you're passionate about sales and account development, like to build processes, and have a strong SAAS background, this position is right for you. 


  • Manage the entire cycle of upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
  • Maintain an ongoing pipeline of opportunities.
  • Contribute to building the account management processes, including documentation, procedures, data analysis, solution procurement, and more.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and R&D to understand customers' requirements, identify opportunities, and create value for our customers.  
  • Listen to customers' technical requirements and needs and relay this feedback to the Product Team for development.
  • Represent Atera in events, communicate, and negotiate with customers, all while maintaining the Atera spirit and brand values.
  • This position is a Monday – Friday work schedule (Flexible global hours)


  •       Native English Level- oral and written communication skills – A MUST (Additional languages - an advantage)
  •      3+ years of sales experience as a B2B SAAS- AE or AM selling a technical product (quota carrying)
  •       Experience working with sales quotas and targets
  •       Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with customers
  •      Experience using sales tools ( CRM, Salesforce, Gong, etc.)
  •      Technical IT knowledge - an advantage
