Marketing Automation


  • Establish Atera’s in-house marketing automation activity
  • Responsible for end-to-end management of marketing automation campaigns
  • Creating user segments and defining the user database structure
  • Identifying user intent and interpreting user acquisition funnels
  • Tracking, reporting and analyzing daily, weekly & monthly KPI's to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Hands-on campaign management across major platforms
  • Targeting selected audiences based on internal data and industry research
  • Identifying trends & business opportunities in real-time and take actions accordingly
  • Playing a key role in defining company’s marketing strategy
  • Producing engaging, clear & concise copy for campaigns
  • Run on-going A/B tests to improve KPIs
  • Staying current with marketing automation trends, strategies and best practices 
  • 2-4 years hands on experience managing marketing automation campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills, numbers and detailed oriented
  • Excellent written communication and copy writing skills
  • Good Excel skills
  • Experience with multiple platforms such as Marketo, Hubspot, etc.
  • Self-driven, passion for problem solving, quick learner, ability to self-learn
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytical tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Native English – an advantage
  • Experience with SalesForce – an advantage
  • Experience with B2B marketing – an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems – an advantage
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics/Google Optimize – An advantage
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM – an advantage
