Move to Annual Campaign – Terms and Conditions

1. Discount Eligibility

This promotion is exclusively available to existing Atera customers currently subscribed to the Atera’s monthly Professional Plan (“Customer(s)”).

To qualify, Customers must:

– Have an active monthly subscription to the Atera’s Professional Plan.

– Hold a direct Atera account (not managed by an Atera partner or reseller).

– Transition to an annual Professional Plan subscription.

– Have up to 5 technicians on their Atera’s account.

2. Promotional Offer Details

Customers who switch from a monthly to an annual Professional Plan subscription (12 months) will receive 3 additional months for free (total of 15 months).

3. Promotion Purchase Requirements

– All purchases must be completed by March 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

– Payment must be made via credit card or PayPal.

– The promotion applies to accounts with up to 5 technicians.

– Only Customers with Atera’s monthly Professional Plan subscriptions are entitled to participate.

– Promotion is only available to Customers paying in USD.

– All payments are billed annually and are non-refundable.

4. Duration of Promotion

The offer under this promotion is valid for one year only from the date of purchase. Following the lapse of your first subscription year, standard rates will apply.

5. Non-Compliance and Adjustments

Failure to meet the minimum requirements for any reason may result in the removal of the offer or other pricing adjustments, at Atera’s sole discretion.

6. Non-Transferability

This promotion cannot be transferred, exchanged, or combined with other offers.

7. Subscription Changes

– If a customer upgrades their plan during the promotional period, the new pricing will apply based on the then-current annual rates.

– If a customer downgrades their plan, any applicable discounts may be removed, and the new pricing will reflect the standard rates.

8. Modification or Termination

Atera reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
