Move to Annual Campaign – Terms and Conditions

1. Discount Eligibility

This promotion is exclusively available to existing Atera customers with a monthly subscription.
To qualify, customers must:
● Have an active Growth Plan or Expert Plan monthly Atera subscription.
● Hold a direct account not managed by an Atera partner or reseller.
● Purchase an annual subscription.

2. Purchase Requirements

● All purchases must be completed by March 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
● Payment must be made via credit card or PayPal.
● The promotion applies to accounts with up to 5 technicians.
● Only Customers with Growth Plan or Expert Plan monthly subscriptions are entitled to participate.
● Only available to customers paying in USD.
● Only available in the following countries: UK, Canada, US, and Australia.

3. Duration of Promotion

The discount under this promotion is valid for one year only from the date of purchase. Following the lapse of your first subscription year, standard rates will apply.

4. Non-Compliance and Adjustments

Failure to meet the minimum requirements for any reason may result in the removal of the discount or other pricing adjustments, at Atera’s sole discretion.

5. Non-Transferability

This promotion cannot be transferred, exchanged, or combined with other offers.

6. Subscription Changes

● If a customer upgrades their plan during the promotional period, the new pricing will apply based on the then-current annual rates.
● If a customer downgrades their plan, any applicable discounts may be removed, and the new pricing will reflect the standard rates.

7. Modification or Termination

Atera reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
