With traditional pay per device pricing, many MSPs do not install agents on all their customers’ devices, since both sides would rather avoid the extra cost. Can I buy a mix of Annual and Monthly seats?
No. A subscription can be either monthly or annual; however, you can switch from a monthly to an annual subscription at any time, and you can switch to a monthly subscription when you have less than 30 days to the renewal date of your annual subscription.
What Happens at the End of the Trial?
Our support team will email you before your trial expires. You can choose one of three plans and pay by credit card directly inside Atera.
Your trial account will become your permanent account (all of your customization’s, data, and actions remain intact). If you decide not to start paying at the end of your 30-day trial, your account will automatically be shutdown.
