Last month, I wrote about how the journey to more integrations — and more comprehensive integrations — had begun. Today, I’m delighted to share the proof of that statement, and welcome a new integration to the Atera family that has been one of the most heavily-requested, both on the Atera Features Board and in conversations with our customers and prospects… Malwarebytes!
Enjoying a new depth of integration, directly from the Atera platform
When I speak to the Atera community about integrations, one of the most common requests is for ease of use between third-parties and the Atera platform, to minimize the friction between one application and the other.
We’ve listened big time, and I’m delighted to share that Malwarebytes’ products will be deployed directly from inside Atera itself! You’ll now be able to create a dedicated Malwarebytes account, deploy the Atera agent, and get subscription information to manage licenses, all from within Atera.
What does the Malwarebytes integration include?
We’re sure you’re excited to hear about the nuts and bolts of the Malwarebytes integration. The partnership will provide Atera users with new in-depth incident response capabilities, as well as offering Endpoint Protection, and Endpoint Protection and Response for devices, servers, and workstations.
From Malwarebytes, you can:
- Manage endpoints across multiple sites with a multi-tenant console
- View endpoint health alerts for enhanced visibility of all devices and assets
- Create smart policies for license and subscription management
- Flexibly manage policies for user access, including role-based access control
- Access reports on cybersecurity across all endpoints, servers, and workstations
In short? It’s all about helping you simplify security management.

I’m truly delighted to be able to unveil this new integration — one of many on our roadmap — which we are continually working on to make increasingly more integrated and cohesive with the Atera platform. Our goal is to provide in-depth functionality, such as alerts and provisioning to enable you, the Atera community, to take your businesses to the next level. I want to assure you once again that we’re reading your requests, we love your feedback, and we can’t wait to see you all at the webinar!
