G2 has ranked Atera the #1 AIOps platform for enterprise across three of its Summer 2026 Enterprise indices: Results, Usability, and Relationship. Each ranking draws only on reviews from organizations with 1,001 or more employees, and in each one, Atera came out ahead of established names like ServiceNow, IBM, Datadog, and Dynatrace.

These indices measure three different things. While topping one is a strong signal, leading all three says something broader: That enterprise IT teams get results, find the platform easy to adopt, and trust and want to keep working with Atera.

G2’s Enterprise AIOps Platforms Results Index ranks Atera #1 with a score of 8.96, ahead of IBM Turbonomic, SysAid, and PagerDuty.

#1 for results

The Results Index measures what buyers actually care about: whether a product delivers. Atera’s score of 8.96 led the category, which is ranked on verified customer reviews, weighing likelihood to recommend, whether the product meets requirements, estimated ROI, and user adoption.

What stands out is the ROI picture. Enterprise reviewers reported an estimated return in 3.58 months against a category average of 16.07, and time to go live of 0.12 months against a 3.28 average, meaning these teams are seeing value from Atera in a fraction of the time it takes with other platforms.

#1 for usability

Powerful solutions have a reputation for being hard to live with. The Usability Index measures the opposite: how easy a product actually is to use and adopt day to day, based on verified customer reviews. Atera led the category with a score of 8.44 and earned both the Best Usability and Easiest to Use badges in the enterprise segment.

The underlying data shows why. Enterprise reviewers rated Atera 97% on ease of use against an 88% category average, and reported 84% average user adoption against a 56% average, a wide gap that points to a platform teams actually take up rather than fight. A platform only delivers value if people use it, and enterprise rollouts stall when tools are complex.

#1 for relationship

The Relationship Index measures something buyers often learn too late: what it’s like to actually be a customer. It’s built on verified reviews covering ease of doing business, quality of support, and likelihood to recommend. Atera led the category with a score of 8.83, ahead of the second-placed AIMS (8.46) by a clear gap, and earned the Best Relationship badge in the enterprise segment.

The detail behind the score is consistent across the board. Enterprise reviewers rated Atera 98% on likelihood to recommend (90% category average), 94% on ease of doing business (91% average), and 93% on quality of support (89% average).

For enterprise IT, that consistency is what trust is built on: a platform that earns its place through support, security, and outcomes, and holds up under the scrutiny large organizations apply before they commit.

Why Atera leads

These results reflect how Atera works. Instead of layering AI on top of legacy workflows, Atera unifies IT management into a single, AI-native platform; spanning day-to-day support, live troubleshooting, and the knowledge work that usually eats technician time, enabling enterprise teams to resolve issues faster and shift to the strategic work that actually moves the business. That’s what shows up across all three indices: faster time to value, higher adoption, and a platform teams want to keep using.
