No setup needed. AI Copilot is natively embedded in the Atera platform and ready to use, However Admins do have elevated privileges and access to additional AI Copilot capabilities.
AI Copilot is your AI technician companion inside Atera. It helps you troubleshoot issues faster, recommends resolutions, summarizes tickets, drafts responses, generates scripts and knowledge base articles, and surfaces actionable insights. Think of it as an always-on IT expert that helps you resolve problems faster and work more efficiently.
