How to install an Atera agent?
To install the agent, select your platform (Windows, macOS, or Linux) and follow these steps:
- For Windows and macOS, choose the installer, assign to a customer (optional), and run the installer or use the provided script. Ensure Rosetta is installed for M1/M2 Macs.
- For Linux, copy and run the script with admin permissions. Click “Done” once completed, and the agent will appear in the Devices list within minutes.
