ATERA AUTONOMY GUARANTEE TERMS

Effective Date: May 4th, 2026

  1. The Guarantee. Atera Networks Ltd. (“Atera”) guarantees that Robin, Atera’s autonomous IT agent (“Robin”), will autonomously resolve at least one (1) IT ticket within seventy-two (72) hours of the Guarantee Start Time (defined below). These terms supplement the applicable Atera Order Form and Terms of Use between Atera and the client (“Client”) (the “Agreement”).
  2. Guarantee Start Time. The 72-hour period begins upon the later of: (a) Client registering to the Guarantee offering through the designated page on the Atera website; and (b) Client and Atera having executed an Order Form that includes a Robin subscription.
  3. Client Cooperation. Client shall provide Atera with full cooperation, including timely access to Client’s environment, systems, credentials, and any information reasonably required to deploy and operate Robin.
  4. Remedy. If Robin does not autonomously resolve at least one (1) IT ticket within the 72-hour period, Client’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be the right to terminate the Robin subscription by providing written notice to Atera no later than forty-eight (48) hours after expiration of the 72-hour period. This termination right applies only to the Robin subscription and does not affect any other components of the Agreement. Failure to provide timely notice constitutes a waiver of this remedy, and the Robin subscription will continue as per the applicable Order Form Terms.
  5. General. These terms are governed by the governing law provisions of the Agreement. Atera may modify or discontinue the Guarantee upon three (3) days’ notice; orders already executed remain under the terms in effect at execution. In the event of conflict between Atera’s marketing materials and these terms, these terms prevail.
