Outbound BDR – Build Atera's Pipeline from the Ground Up!

Atera is seeking a highly motivated, target-driven Outbound BDR to join our Sales Team. Energetic, curious, creative, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment? We're launching our outbound team – a true greenfield opportunity packed with untapped customers and business potential.

As a foundational member reporting directly to our VP of Sales, you'll own top-of-funnel pipeline creation. Prospects' first Atera experience starts with you – make it count by qualifying leads and securing next steps. With our AI-powered platform – featuring Robin for intelligent IT automation – you'll uncover massive value for IT teams worldwide.

Ideal Profile: Proven performers with organizational superpowers for high-volume outbound, plus ambition to grow with us.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound: Research, cold call/email/LinkedIn key accounts, nurture relationships.
  • Identify decision-makers, gauge buying readiness/timelines, book meetings for AEs.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce) for pipelines, forecasts, and reporting.
  • Partner with Sales to define ICP and target accounts.
  • Contribute to building outbound playbooks/processes.
  • Travel to industry events/conferences to generate leads and represent Atera.
  • Embody Atera's Mission, Vision, and Values in every interaction.

  • Native English – exceptional spoken/written communication.
  • Proven experience as a sales/business development representative(SaaS/tech preferred).
  • High-volume outbound experience (cold calling, lead gen) – a must.
  • Organizational ninja: Multitask, prioritize, manage time in chaos.
  • Startup energy: Fast-paced, self-motivated, team achiever.
  • Hybrid Tel Aviv (3x/week office); US hours flexibility (Monday–Friday);
  • Travel willingness for events.
