Atera is looking for a Team Lead to own the implementation methodology for Robin AI — our autonomous IT product that's redefining the industry.
You'll build something that doesn't exist yet.

What will you do?
- Lead and develop a global PS team through 1:1s, coaching, and structured onboarding
- Own complex Enterprise implementation cycles end-to-end
- Define delivery standards and build the playbooks that scale across the org
- Influence the product roadmap directly through field insights
- Partner daily with CS, Sales, and C-suite stakeholders
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years managing global PS or Solutions Engineering teams, including offshore
- 8+ years in SaaS delivery
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents
- Proven track record with Enterprise onboarding cycles
