How Does the 30-Day Trial Work

After you create an account, you get instant access to Atera’s “All in One” plan for 30 days. We don’t require a credit card during the trial, so you can try Atera obligation-free.

How Does Atera’s Pricing Increase Your Customer’s Happiness?

With traditional pay per device pricing, many MSPs do not install agents on all their customers’ devices, since both sides rather avoid the extra cost. With Atera, it costs you nothing to monitor all your clients’ devices.This ensures better support, and happier customers. And you don’t have to go back to your customer every month and update their bill for added or reduced a computers.

Why Doesn’t Atera Charge for Agents?

When we started developing Atera we knew that the pay per device model could and should become obsolete. We developed the technology that made this a reality. Our success means our users enjoy unlimited agents.

Can I buy a mix of Annual and Monthly seats?

No. A subscription can be either monthly or annual; however, you can switch from a monthly to an annual subscription at any time, and you can switch to a monthly subscription when you have less than 30 days to the renewal date of your annual subscription.

What Happens at the End of the Trial?

Our support team will email you before your trial expires. You can choose one of three plans and pay by credit card directly inside Atera.
Your trial account will become your permanent account (all of your customization’s, data, and actions remain intact). If you decide not to start paying at the end of your 30-day trial, your account will automatically be shutdown.

How Much Can I Save a Month Using Atera?

The answer will depend on how much you are paying to your current RMM & PSA suppliers combined. We do guarantee that your monthly billings are about to drop significantly. Our pricing is clear, you can do the math and see for yourself.

What Are the Advantages of Pay Per Technician vs Pay Per Device?

There are many advantages to the pay per technician model, the 3 main ones are:

  • It costs less (See “How much can I save a month using Atera?).
  • It’s predictable (since you pay according to the number of technicians your MSP business has).
  • It supports your growth. With every other RMM each new device you need to monitor costs you more, not to mention a new customer. With Atera, there is no limit on number of agents installed, and therefore no additional charges.

What Add-Ons / Integrations Do You Guys Have?

Atera currently offer Online Backup service, and Mail Protection service. Both are add-ons that are purchased separately.
